"No Refund" Policy Notice
Strict No-Refund Policy

Non-Refundable: All payments for services, including advance bookings and gift vouchers, are strictly non-refundable.

Cancellation: To avoid losing your booking amount, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.

Rescheduling: We allow one-time rescheduling per booking, provided it is requested within the notice period.

No-Show/Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session time may be reduced. Failure to show up will result in forfeiture of the entire booking amount.

Service Issues: In case of technical issues or therapist unavailability on our end, we will offer a full service credit for a future visit.
